At the start of each project we like to meet with our clients to fully understand who you are and to identify the program needs and desires you would like to achieve with your project.

We will review existing as-built conditions, Bylaw and Zoning requirements as we prepare to begin developing a design.

As Stage 01 is completed we being creating a conceptual design by creating various design sketches and 3D views for our Clients review.

The design may take several back and forth discussions and revisions as we develop a design that suits your specific program needs.  

We will assist our clients in producing permit approval drawings and construction drawings for each project once the design is finalized.

Our drawing packages are specific to each project and include a variety of drawings such as Site Plans, building code review, floor plans, elevations, sections, construction schedules and much more.

Our Team has extensive experience working on Residential and Commercial projects that will allow us to fully coordinate with other Engineers and Specialty manufacturers and products as needed for your project.

 Our team is experienced in dealing with Municipalities and other Authorities having jurisdiction to achieve all the necessary permits and approvals for your project.  

Throughout the construction of your project we are happy to assist as needed to ensure a smooth construction experience.
